Let's take a look at the obstacles you might face in actually creating a really successful business that has staying power.

By exposing and eliminating these problems, you‟ll be able to grow your business faster (and

easier) than you ever thought possible. These are the same overriding concepts that ultrawealthy

business builders understand and operate on. The format of this section will be similar to a medical diagnosis. You‟ll see the problem, its symptoms, cause and an overview of the solution.

Let‟s take a look at one fundamental problem most Internet marketers‟ experience.

Symptoms: Joining anything that looks like it'll make you money, getting no results.
Cause: Opportunistic thinking
Internet Business Problem: Lack of Strategy

The very first obstacle we need to look at is you and your thinking.

The way I see things is that there are two different diametrically opposing ways of thinking when it comes to building a business and making money online. There‟s opportunistic thinking and strategic thinking. See the slide.

Here‟s the deal, opportunity seekers think opportunistically and entrepreneurs think
strategically.

An opportunity seeker is always looking for their big opportunity to make lots of money from the hottest opportunity of the moment. Their only criteria is, “Can I make money from this?” So today it‟s a juice deal, tomorrow its a fuel pill deal, something else, and yesterday it was some other hot concept already forgotten.

Opportunity seekers joins lots of MLM programs, and they use only a few of them, and the ones they do use get abandoned when the next socalled “easy” way to make money comes by. The question they ask themselves is, “What‟s the fastest way for me to make money right now?”

A true entrepreneur, on the other hand, is a completely different animal altogether.

An entrepreneur has a clear vision of what they want the business to become. Because they have a vision they can analyze their own strengths, their competitor strengths, the marketplace preferences and devise different strategies for achieving their vision.

After reviewing the pros and cons of each strategic alternative they pick the one strategy most certain to successfully achieve their goal. The entrepreneur knows that their biggest opportunity is always inside their business, following their ideal strategy and not the hot product that everyone is mailing for this week. And here‟s some inside information that any seasoned direct marketer will confirm. It‟s about 100 times easier to sell to an opportunity seeker than it is an entrepreneur. Why?

Because the opportunity seeker has no criteria – if you can convince him or her that they can make money with it, you‟ve made your sale. An entrepreneur, on the other hand, has to compare what you are offering to their current plans – will it make it easier for them to achieve their vision? Is this something that fits into their current approach and if it does is it superior to what they are currently doing?

And here‟s the rub, the overwhelming majority of Internet marketers are nothing more than digital opportunity seekers. They have no strategy, they hop from one approach to another, and while they may have some arbitrary income goal they have no vision of the business they would need to create in order to achieve it. And since they don‟t have a clear vision they cannot follow any sort of detailed plan to accomplish it.

So they end up joining anything and everything that comes with a big promise of easy money with the hope that this is going to be it – this is their big chance to make it big. They especially love (and fall victim to) the “Business in a box” products and spillover deals where the promises are huge rewards with little to no effort. Alright, let‟s say that I have either convinced you that you need to be an entrepreneur and build a business, or you already knew it.

Joining An MLM should be like going to a Fabulous Restuarant

            The Name Sucks –

Everything Else Was Incredible

Fellow Business Builder,

This past weekend, I spoke at a three-day small business conference in Canmore, Alberta. A hop, skip and a jump from Calgary the 45-minute drives takes you into this incredible little mountain resort town called Canmore.

The host of the event took out the speakers for dinner on Friday night to this place she had been raving about.

The Trough is an eclectic upstart that has figured this service business out. I realize last week I wrote about Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant lessons, but this weekend was a sign that the owner has maybe been watching some of the “Kitchen Nightmare” shows and learned a thing or three.

Considering they just opened last year, their two recent awards as one of the top 10 new restaurants in Canada shows how good of a start they got off to.

When you first walk in, it is nothing to oooh and ahhhh about – but that very quickly changes.

It’s unassuming as you enter (classy – but not over the top or trying too hard to be something it’s not) … and quite cozy on the inside (seating ~50 max).

The quirky guy who greeted us was the owner –
and he was a master at schmoozing.

He remembered Cidnee’s name and treated her like a celebrity when we walked through the doors. (Seriously, people in the restaurant must have wondered who this lady was, with all the coddling going on.)

So we sit down and are handed these paper menus – again, unassuming and nothing to be impressed over. The choices looking divine – but we didn’t have time to even look at the menu much before the free appetizer samplers started appearing at our tables.

The brochette – to die for. The breading was not your typical slices - they looked like half a golf ball and were stuffed with the tastiest ingredients I had ever had in brochette.

NOW I was starting to see
what people loved about this place.

Then they brought the free ice wine samples for everyone – again, a very nice touch and very well chosen.

Next, another free pork wrapped appetizer that melted in your mouth … this was a very nice way to start our experience.

Then he educated us all about their incredible wine selection … and did he ever know his stuff.

Side note (and a lesson in itself): He told us of the young Wine Master he gets his wines from in Calgary. For $5,000, you can go to his wine store and he will reserve your own wine storage box. Throughout the year, he will keep it stocked with his best wine choices that suit your tastes. Anytime you want, you can come in and pick out as many of the bottles chosen for you. He even has one customer with a $250,000 wine “box.” There is always someone out there looking for the best of the best and is willing to pay for it.

The menu was equally diverse, ranging from jerk carpaccio and chicken tikka to braised lamb shank with mashed peas. I personally had the tenderloin – yum.

Everything about the experience was top notch.

From the food and wine selection, the appetizers (which we ordered nearly one of everything for the group), to the main course and dessert – every little detail was focused on the customer experience and getting us to tell others about this wonderful little find.

As we were wrapping up dessert (four and a half hours later) – Cidnee got the final surprise of the night … the bill for everything.

Nice touch: On top of the bill for the night was a stack of business cards so we could all tell our friends and family (which I am gladly doing here).

When it was handed to her at first, she had a weird look on her face. We all thought it was much higher than expected … not expecting it was the opposite.

Seriously, for an experience like this for eight people, it would usually be a fairly pricey dinner.

Not this time.

Cidnee looked puzzled that is was so low, even checking the bill to make sure that everything was added in.

Imagine that … your customers thinking the experience was worth TWICE what it cost them …

Actually trying to find ways to pay you more!

Even with the mandatory 18% gratuity added in – the bill was a pleasant surprise.

We all left there happy, a little tipsy from the incredible wine, and raving about what we just experienced.

Now, I have thought a lot about this night as there were some incredible lessons here for every business:

Work real hard at building word of mouth marketing systems. Between the eight of us there, I would bet we each tell 50 people about the experience at The Trough – 400 people will know about it from one single dinner.

Offering high end experiences is not about the flash, glitz or glamor. This was very unassuming inside and out – it was everything in between that really mattered to us (the food, drinks and service was as good as it gets). Deliver top notch quality where it really matters.

Personalized attention to each and every customer that walks through your door (or buys your products).

Be odd. Find something you can do to stand out from all the others they could be buying from. In this case it was the owner. He was very friendly, but seemed quite quirky in a number of ways – even the way he dressed was somewhat different.

Give them samples and freebies. Let people try out small samples of your most popular offerings … they WILL order more.

The packaging and presentation of the actual product or service is critical – pay close attention to this.

Just when they think you have already over-delivered – throw in another freebie or two (like the dessert samples we got).

Build the experience up so they honestly think it was worth at least twice as much as what they paid. I will always remember this place – and the look on Cidnee’s face when she realized how much lower it was than expected.

Give them a GOOD story to tell others! Like I said, this little dinner party of eight will undoubtedly tell 400 others.

Always be thinking about how you can HELP THEM tell your story. The stack of business cards was a simple little add-on I rarely see used.

I didn’t like the name – it sounded like a buffet style restaurant – but everything else was exceptional. If there would be one thing I would recommend they change, it’d be the name. Then again, maybe that is why this restaurant is doing so well – it, again, is quite odd in a number of ways.

Limit how many you can serve if you are delivering high-end experiences.

Last, reward the people that help you deliver. Near the end of the night, the staff was getting a little antsy that we were still there, so the owner gave them each a single glass of their incredible ice wine (which sold for $10 a glass). The staff was happy to enjoy their refreshments while we got ready to go.

Overall this was an experience to remember. We will be back, and I will be telling lots of people about this experience.

And I plan on implementing many of their ideas into my (completely unrelated) business.

Hope you do too.

To your success,

Something to think about

What Can Gordon Ramsy Teach MLM Managment?

<span style="font-weight: bold; (and everything is a point, so pretty well every sentence consists of swear words).

I am not going to go too much into Gordon’s past, but, rest assured, this ex-professional Scottish football player has a list of credentials that is long, and highly admirable.

He is now working on his 25th restaurant and many of them have multiple Michelin stars to their name (the most recognized and influential culinary ratings guide). He has multiple best selling cookbooks, 4 television shows and a DVD series, to name a few.
The story line behind a kitchen nightmare …

Gordon comes into restaurants that are almost ready to close their doors, for any one of multiple different reasons. He has 1 week to turn the business around and make it a success.

He is a no-bull guy and when he starts, there is no stopping him.

Why is this important to you?

Because Gordon’s formula for a 7-day business turnaround is one that each and every one of us should pay close attention to. If you are looking to increase your sales, the ideas below will help you see new ideas you have never thought of before. If you are struggling in your business or cash flow – go through each step below and reconstruct your business from the ground up.

Step #1 – Figure out what you are selling now.

Sounds basic – but is it really? When Gordon first steps into one of the restaurants he is about to makeover, he sits down for a meal.

While he waits for the different dishes he ordered, he watches carefully for the way the staff works, the way they treat customers, and the way customers are enjoying (or not) the food.

When the food shows up, he is usually disgusted in what they are passing off as main course meals.

Also, the restaurants that he steps into are almost always seriously lacking enough customers to stay in business.

Step #2 – Who is behind this disaster they call a restaurant?

This is where the real truth starts to come out. He interviews the owners, the servers, the head chef and the kitchen staff.

Usually, he finds one or two of them passionate about the business, the rest of them are putting in time between paychecks.

Typically the ingredients are sub-par, the menu confusing with too many options, and the actual food being delivered not worthy of a roadside burger stand.

Step #3 – Find out what the customers REALLY want

Rarely is it what is being delivered!

The first thing to be done - - ASK THEM.

Find out what is missing on the restaurant scene.

Find out what foods they want the most, or that they have a tough time finding.

Find out who the regulars are and what they want.

Find out which restaurants are doing best in your area – then go in there to sample their food and service, always looking for ideas to improvise upon.

And, very important, if it is a seasonal business or location – make sure that the restaurant caters to those who live there year round! Those are the people who keep the restaurant open – catering to one-time tourists is a sure-fire way to bankruptcy.

Step # 4 – Find the signature dishes

Such a simple concept that so many businesses (in every possible niche) completely ignore.

What is the one dish that the head chef enjoys making the most?

Usually, Gordon finds out that the chef has an incredible signature plate that is not on the menu. Why? The owner is usually the problem. As Gordon says, “owners should never write the menu – the head chef should be the one to design the menu”.

Step #5 - Simplify the menu and the number of choices

Too many choices leave people confused and lacking in direction.

It also over complicates what is required in the kitchen to deliver what was promised (resulting in inferior quality on all the plates).

The menu is typically cut in less than half and the customers are usually very happy about the change.

Also, a large portion is NOT a secret to restaurant success. Smaller portions reduce waste, and keep customers coming back for more.

Step #6 – Systems ARE the key to success

Once the new menu has been created, putting systems in place to ensure consistent (and fast) delivery is key.

Being able to double business in a week, without loss in quality or without increase wait times, is something Gordon does in every restaurant he walks into.

Step # 7 – Feet on the street marketing

Last, now that everything is in place and the systems have been tested on a smaller scale, they get busy.

Getting the staff all geared up in uniforms, loaded up with their new signature dishes, they hit the street and let anyone and everyone try out the new menu choices.

Usually, an afternoon of that and they have enough curiosity built up to guarantee their first night’s dinner is packed with diners and hungry new customers.

The 7-step formula above sounds simple, but it consistently turns failing restaurants around in 1 single week.

The customers love the new choices (the ones they told you to start making), the staff become much more motivated to deliver consistent service, and the restaurant very quickly starts to make a profit.

Gordon usually revisits the restaurant after a month or two to see if they have held together all the new changes.

9 times out of 10 they have held it together, stuck with the changes, and are enjoying more money than they have experienced in years.

And yes, this does apply to your business to …

* Figure out exactly what you are selling now

* Who is behind your business? What do the customers see? What do they think?

* Find out what the customers REALLY want

* Find your signature offer

* Simplify the number of choices

* Systems ARE the key to success

* Feet on the street marketing

Last, a few side lessons from Gordon …

It IS about the image you portray

Use only the finest ingredients in areas the customers enjoy most

What is the passion – where did it come from – find a way to bring it back

Don’t take it personally – take it seriously

It’s about the story you give them to tell others

When you hire a professional to help – try listening to their advice for a change (not that any customers who hire a copywriter or marketing consultant would ever ignore the advice of an expert!)

What you hear most on the show: “%^&#ing HELL!” (which he says every time he sees something that is destroying the business – about every 32 seconds you will hear him say “%^&#ing HELL!”

My favorite Gordon quote:

“Who needs a wine list when you can get pissed on desert?”

To your success,

How The Internet is Killing MLM....

<img style="margin: 0pt 0pt 10px 10px;

If you're looking to achieve financial freedom from home, specifically through a "MLM" or network marketing opportunity, there is some things you need to know..

If you're already in the MLM game, wondering why you've got for much less money for you r time than it seems to be worth, it's not your fault... The times have changed.

The industry has changed rapidly and the purpose of this “Coffee Shop Confession” is to alert you, to some very unsettling insights, that need your immediate attention if you plan to make more than $10,000/mo in from home in 2008 and beyond.

WARNING: This gets ugly and you may disagree with it but its whats happening out there and explains why there are such horrendous failure and attrition rates.

So what has happened? in a nutshell, the Internet happened.

The promises of old-school MLM and “life-long” residual income are all but dead for the average person. They have been cut down at the knees by the internet. I know you’ve seen the symptoms.

In fact, I guarantee they are plaguing you at this very moment… But what you might not understand or give proper respect to is the cause behind them.

================================================

My Questions to You Are These:

Is your organization being depleted by constant attrition?

Do you find that marketing efforts are becoming more and more time consuming and require technical skills that are beyond everyday folks?

Is your downline full of complaining reps who need constant attention, pacifying and have a hundred idea's on how the company must change their commission plan ?

Are you tired of working your tail off for a few hundred or few thousand dollars a month when you feel like you should be making ten times more for your efforts?

Sick of the "gotcha" comp plans that cut your check in half with the "get 3, who get 3, who get 3", structure requirements?

How about the auto-ship tricks and terrorist tactics that if you don’t order you loose your check or worse your downline. How about and the endless qualifying for Pv’s, Bv’s, Cv’s, left and rights.

================================================

Right now, network marketing is in a struggle to find itself in a time where people leave as fast as they join or in 3, 4 o 5 diifferent MLM at the same time. Playing MLM like the share market or a roulette table. “newer, bigger, and better” dominates the landscape which basically means…

Trying To Build A Downline In The Internet Age, Is Like Trying To Keep Your Bucket Full of Water, Whilst Running Flat Out.

You can get ahead of the curve for a while if you have the time, money, and energy, but it’s only a matter of time before it will empty itself. Yes, it's a brave new world for network marketers, but fear not…

In an industry where hype and the pre-launch have become the norm, there is an urgent need for member retention incentive above and beyond the commissions and bonuses that come from your downline group.

Networkers are sick of the 3-ring circus MLM has become.

Member Based Retention Incentives, will Play A Major Role In Networking From This Point Forward. It’s a solution to shrinking checks, nomadic downlines, and the “quick turn” wack, stack & pack mentality that has taken over.

It will allow you to build colossal secure income base and the best part about, is that you won’t have to worry so much about disappearing downlines.

MLM as You Knew it 10 years ago has changed…
and the Internet changed it.

Network marketing has always been based on the idea of working for 3-5 years can build a life long residual income that you can retire on and will to your grand kids. Sounds good… And it may have been true at one time, but not today.

Not anymore. There's a finite group of people who are traded like cattle from one company to another every 9 to 12 months.

Once called junkies and the bane of every MLM leader the once frowned on group of so called junkies has become the majority of people participating in MLM. Network Marketing has become obsessed with
“Timing”,
"Pre-launches”,
"Systems" (even crosslining when they see a better system within a company system.)
"Spillover"
“the next big thing”, but the cause behind that obsession is truly disturbing.

I’ll explain why shortly, but all you need to realize is that… Pandora’s Box has been opened and we will never be able to close it. WHY?

The Answer Is Simple…

The number of new people coming into MLM each year is now drastically out of proportion with the numbers needed for new company start ups. Its estimated that ten new serious MLM's start everyday and many more shonky ones. Thats thousands of new MLM’s launch every year thanks to the internet.

You can literally start your own company from your lounge room computer if you want but there are only so many people to go around.

Welcome to the world of the Pre-Launch BUZZ.

A company’s only chance to catch the attention of networkers, and steer them away from their current opportunity with the promise of “getting in on the ground floor.”

Getting a better deal and the wonder drug, called spill over.

Addicted to that new car smell and deal making sales managers.

Before you know it, the game has started AGAIN. This time around a company that promises to be the biggest and best with their new patented Wonder Vitamin 2000 that will change the world.

Networkers inevitably flock to it by the ten’s of thousands trying to “get in on top” and if they don’t, it doesn’t matter because another shiny new MLM will launch in about 6-12 months.

So when the music of the pre-launch stops and people find themselves no better of, people at the bottom start to scramble to find another new pre-launch deal and in doing begin to unravel their old company from the bottom up in the process.

This has resulted in a vicious cat fight between these companies over a dwindling supply of warm bodies, complete with name calling, back-stabbing, and an endless supply of lawsuits.

Make no mistake about it… In network marketing, people are the commodity that is traded, and YOU are very valuable.

The “Buffer Zone” that once existed has been destroyed by the information age and its Gone and forever and it Took Your Residual Income With It!

Before the internet, organizations and companies were protected by an information time lag, creating an information buffer zone, this buffer shielded people and organisations from the marauding band of downline pirates, opinions, competitors, and advertising that we are now bombarded with through emails and the internet.

It’s this buffer zone of times past that allowed relationships to be built, skills to be learned, and loyalties to strengthened and it went on uninterrupted for decades prior to the internet.

The internet has all but destroyed the zone.

It happens everyday now... You're sitting pretty on top of a fairly large organization. You think you've finally found that "residual" pot of income gold at the end of the rainbow. You're making about $20,000 a month.

You quit your job 5 months ago, bought a new house, that new sports car you've always wanted, and paid off all your debt. Life is good... Then one day, the company changes their compensation plan just a little bit.

One of your leaders is NOT happy about it. They decide to move to another company, and with one click of a mouse... With one single email to his list of a few thousand recipients upline, downline and side-line... He basically destroys dozens of people's businesses, cutting their checks in half or even worse... Including yours.

Its like a farmer that wakes up one day and finds that all his fences have disappeared and his live stock wondered off to greener pastures.

That’s what the internet has done to MLM it floods people with an unending almost unlimited supply of new opportunities and distractions.

Before the internet this was not really possible and therefore people that did this were branded junkies and bandits. The income you're relying on to pay the mortgage, invest for retirement, and put your kids through school literally vanishes overnight. If something similar to this scenario hasn't happened to you yet... It will.

It's a sobering thought when you realize that your lively-hood in an MLM business is completely dependent upon strangers you've never met.

You don't know their long-term plans. You don't know about their family problems, and you don't know what they'll do next, yet your check is dependent upon them and thousands of others just like them because you simply cannot earn a full-time living on your own personal efforts with an MLM compensation plan. It's not designed for that.

This wasn't a problem in the past, but it is today.

You see, the internet is a tool that allows communication at a level that has never been seen by the world before, where opinions, rumours, promotions, and advertisements can now spread across the globe faster than you can blink your eye.

Massive revenues can be gained or lost in days for a company with nothing more than a well placed negative opinion report on the search engines. Downlines can be destroyed overnight by false rumours or leaders who jump ship for better deals.

Distributors have instant access to an endless supply of tools, systems, leaders, training, opinions, and sales pitches which continuously plant seeds of doubt, and distract them with promises of better, faster, and easier.

Competing ads can be flaunted on the very door-step of a company’s search engine results.

And There’s Nothing You Can Do About It.

The very moment your new distributor feels frustration… Feels trapped… Feels failure… He or she will instantly open up to the endless supply of alternatives filling their inboxes on a daily basis with the very thing that will cure their pain – and ‘poof’, they are gone.

There is no long-term commitment because networkers are only as loyal as his or her options, and thanks to the internet, their options are now endless and one click away.

If you’re a leader in the industry, you know exactly what I’m talking about and from this point forward, it’s never going to stop. For better or worse, this is the new reality of network marketing.

How The Game Is Played Today:

The first and most critical observation to note is that the very economics of MLM are changing.

The cost of sponsoring a new rep in the cold market continues to spiral upward, while the actual return and “life time value” of that rep continues to decline.
We are faced with the fact that…

Full page ads in an industry magazine that cost $500 eight years ago, now costs $3,000.

Email marketing is all but dead, and the ability to advertise in a massive, targeted, in an affordable way died with it.

You will be forced to recruit everyday for the lifespan of your business just to combat the constant attrition that will plague your organization.

The all important practice of retailing has become taboo, I hear people constantly saying i hate selling so this is putting 90%+ of the focus and attention of the business on recruiting instead of customer acquisition which is where the long-term, stable money is found.

The industry holds less and less appeal to the white collar business professional who has a hard time seeing how he/she’s going to quickly replace a six-figure income peddling vitamins and fruit juice.

Systematic team training has become next to impossible, as new systems pop up from different leaders within the same company every 30 days, which promise to be the answer for the struggling newbie and in the process destabilize teams.

This breeds discontent and something relative new and increasing at an alarming rate in recent times which is sponsor shopping and sponsor hopping within the companies themselves. Aka cross lining.

Instead of focusing on the development of personal skills and a single system, an “I’ll try this for a few weeks”, lottery mentality for lead sources, websites, and magical tools that will “build the business for you”, has taken over.

So What Now?

It doesn’t matter what company you build in MLM. You're going to face the same challenges we just mentioned above in all of them.

The industry itself had changed, and you're never going to find a single product or compensation plan that will fix it. No… I’m sorry to say, but the promise of life-long residual income is all but gone.

There’s the rare 1 in 1000 exception, but as a whole, Network Marketing has turned into a 3-ring circus of “quick-turn” building driven by greed, hype, and fear of loss, It seems that only the true, incredibly skilled professionals can reliably make any significant amount of money.

What you have to deal with in MLM now is people that are jumping like kangaroo’s from one deal to another and one downline to another within the company, the horrendous attrition, the rumour control, the baby-sitting, having to explain why one opportunity is better than another.

And the one that really is tough to deal with, prospects who think $300 to start a business is too much money… Seriously…

It’s just not worth the time, it’s not fun, and we know for a fact that a quickly growing list of industry professionals are coming to the same conclusion which is opening the door to the concept of member based retention systems to stop the rot.

If You’d Like To Keep you Downlines And Build that long term residual income Think, M.R.I.

Member Retention Incentives.

The Premise Of M.R.I Is Simple:

It’s actually been around a few years already, but MRI. is only available to high flying leaders that are with publically listed companies which are too few. But it is THE solution for the challenges facing network marketers in the internet age.

MRI. stands for: “Member Retention Incentives”, which is a concept that summarizes the growing change of focus in the MLM industry from a long-term residual income, to immediate leveraged income. If networkers are going to bounce around from program to program…

If competing companies are going to advertise on your front door with a “better/cheaper” product, and if the cost of sponsoring a new rep continues to soar, then the answer is simple:

Get paid a year or more worth of residuals per member on Day One.

PLUS Have stocks or profit share in the companies and sales
that pay you BIG Money regardless of your sponsoring activities..

In the age of the internet, distributors come and go like the wind, so an M.R.I. creates a whirl wind that keeps them rotating around the company. “Bigger and better” opportunities launch every six months, taking a piece of your downline with it, so M.R.I. pays big money short mid term and long term.

Money is worth more in your pocket today than it is next year, so MRI lets you invest that cash into real residual income streams with the companies outside group investment strategies like real-estate or wall street.

It costs more than ever to advertise and sponsor a new rep, so MRI can create a year or more of residual income Today, instead of waiting for the $5.00 commissions to roll in over months or years.

A Major Key of M.R.I.

Most networkers are only employee minded people pretending to be entrepreneurs, which means they'll rarely do what it takes to be successful, so MRI pays you for your time and training whether they build a business or not.

White collar professionals aren’t interested in working 3-4 hours a night selling vitamins for a $500 - $1,000 check, so offer them a vehicle with MRI so that they can get paid and realistically make $10,000 / month within just 5 to 10 customers a month.

Building a MLM that pays out $10,000 per month requires building a downline of thousands. An MRI system can make $10,000 with zero need to recruit. Do you see how profound this concept is in today’s MLM environment?

How it solves all of the problems network marketers are facing?

This compressed and rapid flow of income backed up with long term benefits also brings the dream of “working from home” to reality in a realistic manner for the average person. M.R.I Models Are Currently Found In “Top Tier” Opportunities.

We call them “Top Tier” because of the calibre of people they attract, and the high-level incomes they expect to produce compared to traditional MLM. Most, (but not all), are characterized by a a product or service that is retailed in the $1,000-$5,000 range, and pay out large $1,000+, up-front commission on the sale of that product or service.

As this top tier business model develops, residual income has been integrated into several compensation plans already, but there's another angle that needs to be considered regardless of that...

When you make a $1,000 commission, it's like you’re getting paid a year’s worth of residuals compared to what you would earn with a typical MLM program with $100 to $200 monthly autoships. With a top tier you get Up front on Day One with a product purchase, whether the new rep goes on to build a business or not.

How large of an organization would you have to build in order to make $4,000/mo in a traditional MLM? 500? 700? 1,500? 2,500?

Pick a number and then double it because 50% of your people will cancel their product orders within 3 months. What will you do when, (not if), one of your leaders walks out for another deal and takes half your team with them overnight?

We all know darn well that only 1 in 500+ will ever go on to build a team of over 500 reps, yet we’re all selling an “easy way to work part-time and replace your full-time job”.

You know it. I know it. How many customers would you need in a Top Tier program to make $4,000/mo…?

Drum roll please………… 4.

One customer a week to make an extra $48,000 a year, and that doesn’t even figure in the leverage of the actual compensation plan which can multiply that number by a factor of 10 or $480,000 per year with just 1 new customer per week.

That my friends, is an honest sell when you offer to provide someone with a vehicle to replace their income.

The bottom line is that in today’s MLM environment, you must make enough from your personal activity to justify your time and involvement, because you’ll just continue to spend more money than you make if you don't.

That leads us to another important consideration when it comes to "residual ncome"..

Money Is Worth More Today. A bird in the hand is worth ? ? ?

Why wait on $5 Mickey Mouse commissions to drip in when you have no idea how long it will last?

Get a year or more of that money up front on Day One, and then do some real damage with it outside MLM.

Which Costs More: A Top Tier Opportunity, Or Traditional MLM?

The second common objection to Top Tier programs is the start-up costs are “too high”. Actually, they are much less expensive than a traditional supplement based MLM. The average start-up cost and monthly auto-ship order for a traditional MLM is about $200.

That comes out to $2,500+ a year when you factor in taxes and shipping. Lets not drag things out, spend the money now and get into the money sooner, than later.
=============================================
A Top Tier program is usually a one time expense.

One time, and you’re done. Works great for Tax reasons as well.

Even better if you fund it with a credit card. Using a credit card with a low paying MLM $200 to start and $200 a month autoship deal could take 3 to 6 months to break even.

Compare that to a Top tier program where in just a few sales you are in profit which with some good upline help could be just done in weeks.

By the time you hit your third year in traditional MLM, you’ve spent over $7,500 on vitamins you could have purchased for 70% less at a local store! Holy smokes! So if you've been in MLM about seven years now, you’ve spent over $17,500 on products!

Ouch!

Yet, your total cost for a MRI Top Tier after seven years would have never gone passed the average $1,500 to $5000 cost of the product or service.
============================================
But, we’re not done yet… There is another benefit to MRI Top Tier programs. It’s not very obvious at first, but something you will come to appreciate if you don't already…

Work With Experienced Peers And Keep Your Business FUN! Are you at a point in your MLM career where you just feel burnt out working with people who are brand new to the industry?

The one’s who “claim” they want to be financially free but as soon as you mention the start-up cost they start making excuses?

Has your downline turned into a massive pool of people who blame you for the fact that they bought a website and some product but aren’t rich yet?

Or has the FUN been stripped from your work at home dreams because all you do is spend your time dealing with whiners, complainers, and excuse makers for much less money than it’s worth?
======================================
Liberate YourSelf

Well One Perk Of A Top Tier Opportunity, Is That It Attracts Top Tier People.

Who you work with is completely up to you, so work with the highest caliber of people possible: Peers! Professionals! Do’ers! People who make things happen, not excuses.

It makes all the difference in the world when you get to spend your time recruiting and working with people who are just like you.

They love this industry, and they don’t need any convincing. They already know an investment is required and have no problem with it because they are true entrepreneurs.

Top Tier opportunities attract this type of person because the initial start-up cost scares away the time-wasting, tire-kickers faster than you can blink an eye!

Wouldn’t you like to just work with experienced entrepreneurs?

People who don’t whine, complain, constantly make excuses, or need you to hold their hand 24/7? Peers who speak and build with self confidence.

People who don’t “need” money or want you to "save" them, but people who have a track record of success and who want a better vehicle to invest their time, money, and efforts into?

With Top Tier opportunities, you don't have to work with thousands or tens-of-thousands to make incredible money.
=============================================
You only need to work with a handful.

Top Tier Opportunities Pay Out Seriously Large Incomes, So They Attract People Who Like To Make Serious Money We'll assume that you’re an experienced networker who knows what they’re doing. You know how to advertise.

You have good communication and phone skills. You work diligently on your business everyday, and you’re a leader to your team… And how’s it working out so far? $50,000/mo checks showing up yet?

Do you have the new Bentley in the drive way?

Are you flying First Class and sleeping 5-Star?

Do you take a cab from the airport to the company convention or a helicopter?

Probably not, and it’s not your fault either and its not because you aren’t capable or deserving of that kind of success.

It’s just that you’re working a old worn out MLM opportunity that pays out less money for the same amount of work, and attracts people whose goal is to earn $300 - $5,000 a month…

Not $30,000 to $100,000 per month. We all have the same number of hours in a day so why not use them in a business that pays out BIG instead of small when it doesn't require any more time or effort? You become as successful as the people you surround yourself with, so why not work with people who truly live lives of luxury instead of people who drive around in mini-vans with “Lose Weight Now, Ask Me How” stickers on the window?

I don’t know about you, but my partners and I got into this industry to earn a massive and stable million dollar incomes, yet we're faced with the fact that traditional MLM just isn’t the opportunity it used to be. Member Retention Incentives.

MRI the next theme in the evolution of MLM.
Faster Paying, Bigger Payday’s, with stocks
and profit sharing opportunities, that will glue
people to the business, long term.

Been There & Done That...

Campbell's mlm experience

Campbell Scott, has worked from home since the early 90's, with fifty plus MLM / Network Marketing and direct selling companies. Campbell has one of the best MLM Distributor Kit collections in Australia.

In that time he has seen the Good The Bad and the ugly side of things. He has experienced spectacular high earnings to dramatically low to no earnings.

Over time Campbell has built up a ton of knowledge on what works and what absolutely for sure doesnt work, what was missing, what could be included and what needs to be excluded from MLM programs.

In early 2006, Campbell began to see a shift in the way people were reacting to direct marketing after 30+ years of the MLM concept being in the market place. YouTube Video had arrived in a big way, so had blogging and social networking sites. Inspired by the potential of these emerging mediums, Campbell set about identifying all the FREE worthwhile resources available that could be used to market products and programs.

Campbell observed that the time of individuals promoting companies and the company products first was over. It was now time to promote and brand oneself first and the company and its products second. Companies come and go, people change programs, so its important to promote self first and what your doing second..

Recently disillusioned from nearly 20 years of MLM Campbell decided to take a look at the culture of network marketing companies and what he found was that peoples needs were being totally ignored by nearly all MLM companies bar none.

MLM stands for Network Marketing. NWM stands for Network Marketing. Both are known as direct selling of direct marketing concepts. But wait all these have one thing in common and that is marketing and thats what MLM companies DO NOT teach, they absolutely do not teach marketing in terms of real world markets. If they did the success rates would be dramatically higher.

For the majority of people, failure comes from promoting to the easy targets of family, friends and taxi drivers.

The other thing that is ignored is personality types People need to know and understand what personality type they are before entering into Network Marketing. If they dont know they are bound for failure and disappointment.

Different compensations plans suit different personality types, if you dont know what personality type your are and what personality type the plan is geared for you will ultimately fail.

The endless selling, recruiting, quota's and autoshits is turning people off these days. There needs to be a way that you can enter into MLM and make money even if you choose not to sell, recruit or autoshit.

No way you say? There is a way and I am going to show company directors and networkers how it can be done.

Its called the Radial Profit System.
