Campbell's mlm experience

Campbell Scott, has worked from home since the early 90's, with fifty plus MLM / Network Marketing and direct selling companies. Campbell has one of the best MLM Distributor Kit collections in Australia.

In that time he has seen the Good The Bad and the ugly side of things. He has experienced spectacular high earnings to dramatically low to no earnings.

Over time Campbell has built up a ton of knowledge on what works and what absolutely for sure doesnt work, what was missing, what could be included and what needs to be excluded from MLM programs.

In early 2006, Campbell began to see a shift in the way people were reacting to direct marketing after 30+ years of the MLM concept being in the market place. YouTube Video had arrived in a big way, so had blogging and social networking sites. Inspired by the potential of these emerging mediums, Campbell set about identifying all the FREE worthwhile resources available that could be used to market products and programs.

Campbell observed that the time of individuals promoting companies and the company products first was over. It was now time to promote and brand oneself first and the company and its products second. Companies come and go, people change programs, so its important to promote self first and what your doing second..

Recently disillusioned from nearly 20 years of MLM Campbell decided to take a look at the culture of network marketing companies and what he found was that peoples needs were being totally ignored by nearly all MLM companies bar none.

MLM stands for Network Marketing. NWM stands for Network Marketing. Both are known as direct selling of direct marketing concepts. But wait all these have one thing in common and that is marketing and thats what MLM companies DO NOT teach, they absolutely do not teach marketing in terms of real world markets. If they did the success rates would be dramatically higher.

For the majority of people, failure comes from promoting to the easy targets of family, friends and taxi drivers.

The other thing that is ignored is personality types People need to know and understand what personality type they are before entering into Network Marketing. If they dont know they are bound for failure and disappointment.

Different compensations plans suit different personality types, if you dont know what personality type your are and what personality type the plan is geared for you will ultimately fail.

The endless selling, recruiting, quota's and autoshits is turning people off these days. There needs to be a way that you can enter into MLM and make money even if you choose not to sell, recruit or autoshit.
